JLL senior associate Kevin Gillihan represented MID by Design LLC in the sale of a 16,500-square-foot office building at 9800 Association Court in Indianapolis to CKH Realty. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The property includes a 13,900-square-foot first-floor open studio with 21-foot ceilings and a 2,600-square-foot mezzanine. The location near Keystone at the Crossing and Castleton Square Mall, as well as several retail outlets, restaurants and hotels, was a key selling point for the property.
