JLL will handle leasing for VanTrust Real Estate, LLC’s Building C at the Platte International Commerce Center in Platte City, Missouri.
Spanning 526,502 square feet, Building C offers flexible configurations, with options to divide the space down to 130,000 square feet or expand it to approximately 1,100,000 square feet. Earlier this year, the commerce center achieved a milestone with the completion of Building B, its first speculative development, totaling 748,833 square feet. Building B has since been fully leased to Central Power Systems & Services, marking a significant step forward for the center.
JLL Managing Director, Phillip Algrim, and Senior Managing Director, Kevin Wilkerson, are leading the leasing assignment.
Situated in the Kansas City metro area with immediate access to I-29 and I-435, the distribution center boasts a prime national location. Kansas City is widely recognized as a leading hub for e-commerce businesses, offering the capability to reach most U.S. destinations within two days or less. Additionally, the site provides convenient access to major freight distribution markets within a 12-hour drive, including Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Indianapolis, Louisville, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Omaha, and St. Louis.
Whiting Turner Contracting Company is leading the design-build team for Platte International Commerce Center which includes Olsson Engineers and M+H Architects.
