JLL is acquiring Oak Grove Commercial Mortgage, LLC.
Oak Grove is a provider of debt financing for multifamily and seniors housing real estate.
The acquisiton is expected to close by the end of the year.
“To provide our clients with the best-in-class expertise they’ve come to expect from JLL, we’re broadening our capabilities in this important space,” said Greg O’Brien, chief executive officer of the Americas for JLL, in a written statement.
