JLL’s Detroit office will partner with developer Sharnosa LLC to handle leasing and sales activities at Tower 14 in Southfield, Michigan.
Located at 21700 Northwestern Highway along the Lodge Freeway, Tower 14 totals about 255,000 square feet with 18,182 rentable square feet available on each floor.
JLL executive vice president J.P. Champine and vice president Ben Schrode will oversee leasing and sales activities for Tower 14.
Tower 14 was built by the J.L. Hudson Company as its original administrative headquarters. It has more than $10 million invested in recent capital improvements and updates. Ten of 14 floors have been completely renovated and rebuilt with Class-A finishes and furniture.
The property boasts a convenient location along the Lodge with high visibility from the freeway and surrounding area as well as onsite access to public transportation. Tower 14 features onsite property management, a full-service cafeteria, ample free secured parking, a generator and crown building signage is available.
