JLL has been selected to lease the central Indiana medical office building portfolio of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, one of the top medical office building operating platforms in the United States. The 11-building portfolio encompasses 786,000 square feet of Class-A medical-use space on four hospital campuses in Indianapolis, Carmel and Anderson, Indiana.
Lillibridge’s medical office buildings, along with its health system partners, serve the Indiana communities of Indianapolis, Carmel, Greenwood and Anderson, offering a range of services from primary care to outpatient surgery. The addition of this portfolio brings JLL’s Indianapolis healthcare leasing portfolio to about 1.2 million square feet.
JLL senior vice president Bruce Gordon will lead leasing and marketing efforts on the project.
