Hertz Investment Group has chosen JLL to lease and rebrand the Center at 600 Vine, a 625,765-square-foot, Class-A office building at 600 Vine St. in downtown Cincinnati.

JLL Senior Vice President Michelle Klingenberg, JLL Senior Vice President Todd Pease and Office Brokerage Analyst Britney Aviles will be leading leasing efforts for the remaining space in the building.

Centrally located between Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and The Banks Riverfront Entertainment District, the Center at 600 Vine features on-site parking, a reliable security staff and management, two on-site restaurants, an on-site conference room and panoramic views of the river. It’s situated near Cincinnati’s skywalk system, as well, providing enclosed and easy access to other areas in the city.

The Center at 600 Vine is also within walking distance to a number of dining, lodging and entertainment options. Several of these include Nada, Sotto, Maplewood Kitchen and Bar, the 21c Museum Hotel, the Contemporary Arts Center and the Cincinnatian Hotel. It’s also a one-block walk from Fountain Square, which boasts several high-end dining and retail options, such as Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse and Royce at the Foundry and Saks Fifth Avenue. Fountain Square is also a mecca for city-hosted outdoor events, including Oktoberfest Zinzinnati and Riverfest.

In addition, Hertz and JLL are working with CR architecture + design, a current tenant in the Center at 600 Vine, to explore potential further amenity and building upgrades.

This project aligns with increased office construction in the Cincinnati market that stems from a growing flight to quality.
