JLL has been selected to represent Hertz Investment Group in the leasing of Fifth Third Center in Cleveland. Hertz Investment Group purchased Fifth Third Center from TIER REIT on April 7.
Fifth Third Center is a 508,397-square-foot trophy office asset located in the Cleveland central business district.
Andrew Coleman, senior vice president, and JR Fairman, senior associate, at JLL will represent Hertz Investment Group for leasing and marketing activities at the Fifth Third Center.
