JLL’s Detroit office has been selected by Time Equities Inc. to handle leasing and property management for Airport Park, a 670,000-square-foot industrial complex in Romulus, Michigan.
Airport Park is located adjacent to Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), and directly off Interstate-94 in the heart of one of Michigan’s strongest and fastest-growing submarkets.
JLL managing director Larry Emmons will spearhead the leasing, while senior vice president John Cullen will oversee property management of Airport Park for Time Equities Inc.
