JLL’s Cleveland office adds industry veteran

Kristy Hull

Kristy Hull has joined the Cleveland team of JLL. As senior vice president, Hull will represent both office and industrial clients in the process of real estate disposition, relocation and acquisition by leasing or selling.

Hull comes to JLL with 13 years of experience specializing in industrial, office and investment real estate within Northeast Ohio. During her career, Hull has managed real estate portfolios totaling more than 8 million square feet across 120 sites nationally.

Most notably, she was responsible for the disposition of a two-building, $40 million portfolio representing a then Northeast Ohio-record cap rate of 6.16 percent.

In its Q4 2020 Cleveland Industrial Outlook, JLL reported that Cleveland’s industrial market gained momentum and demand for additional warehouse space to accommodate e-commerce and bulk storage solutions as an outcome of the pandemic.

Hull obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing/management from Grove City College and was recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a Notable Woman in Real Estate in 2018, NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year in 2015, and as part of the 40 Under 40 class in 2015. Hull sits on the Membership Board for Growth Capital Corporation and is an Executive Board Member of Cleveland’s Pets for Vets chapter.
