NAI Isaac has announced that Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts has leased 12,120 square feet within Towne Centre in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Towne Centre is a 173,000-square-foot community shopping center anchored by Kroger and HH Gregg. The center is now 100% leased. Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts plans to open this Fall.
Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Landlord, The Rouse Companies, during the lease transaction. Greg Meyer with Anchor Associates represented the tenant.
