CBRE announced that Joe Conroy has joined the firm as a senior real estate manager in its Asset Services group.
Conroy previously served as the manager of real estate for APL Logistics where he serviced their national contract logistics portfolio. Prior to that, he spent more than 15 years with Prologis, Inc. and Catellus Development Corporation in a variety of positions, including those with responsibility for asset management, leasing, development and operations.
Key management assignments have included Internationale Centre, Woodridge, Prologis Park 80 Minooka, the Prarie Glen Corporate Campus, Glenview, and Great Lakes Industrial Park in Gary, Indiana.
Conroy has a master of business administration in finance from Saint Xavier University and is a graduate of Illinois State University.
