Ridgeline Property Group (RPG), LLC announced that John Dunneback has joined the company as vice president of development.
He will be responsible for the pursuit, procurement and execution of development projects across the Midwest including land acquisition, entitlements, design, construction and asset stabilization. John will be based in Chicago and is a strategic addition to RPG’s Midwest expansion.
Dunneback has more than 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industries. He most recently served as Director of Development at Ryan Companies US focusing on industrial opportunities for the Great Lakes Region.
During his nearly 5 year tenure with Ryan he managed development in excess of 250 acres ranging from corporate build‐to‐suits to speculative presale transactions totaling more than 2.7 million square feet.
Before joining Ryan Companies, Dunneback was a senior project manager for The Opus Group and The McShane Companies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University.
