PREMIER Design + Build Group announced that John Semenek joined the firm as new assistant superintendent, Midwest division.
Semenek most recently worked for a leading construction company in Illinois as a carpentry foreman who was responsible for completing work that met the demands of his clients. He ensured seamless communication between his crew and superintendents and was the point person on job sites. In addition, John focused on delivering quality projects in a safe work environment.
He has worked on a variety of commercial projects during his 19-year career, including a 40,000-square-foot school for children with special needs. He has also led the construction of a 5,500-square-foot immediate care facility and a 3,500-square-foot medical specialist office.
