Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Roosevelt Galleria in Chicago. The urban retail property was purchased by Rye, New-York-based Acadia Realty Trust for $19.6 million.
Roosevelt Galleria is in the heart of the Roosevelt Road retail corridor in the South Loop at the southwest corner of Roosevelt Road and Jefferson Street. The center’s diverse mix of national tenants include Golfsmith, Petco, Sleepy’s, United Healthcare and The Vitamin Shoppe.
