Rob Friederich, vice president in the St. Louis office of Johnson Capital, has arranged an $18.5 million construction loan for the development of a mixed-use multi-family and retail project in Monona, Wis.
The development, Treysta on the Water, will include 123 apartment units and 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space in a building with four stories plus loft space.
The mixed-use development will transform a vacant five-acre stretch of land on the Yahara River. Construction on the project began in June with completion expected in mid-2015.
