A joint venture between M&R Development, Itasca-based Hamilton Partners and equity partner Murphy O’Brien plan to develop The Residences at Hamilton Lakes, a 297-unit luxury community immediately adjacent to the Hamilton Lakes Business Park in Itasca, Illinois.
Slated to break ground this spring with delivery scheduled for 2017, The Residences of Hamilton Lakes will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments across three four-story buildings.
Bordered by Prospect Avenue on the east, Arlington Heights Road on the west and Thorndale Avenue on the south, the 10.7-acre community will be the first rental property developed in Hamilton Lakes Business Park, which includes over 3 million square feet of office space, as well as restaurants and two hotels.
M&R Development designed The Residences at Hamilton Lakes to include 7,500 square feet of luxury amenities including a resort-style clubhouse with an outdoor pool, media room, fitness facility, business center and event space, as well as a spa, sauna and steam room.
The Residences at Hamilton Lakes has access to Interstates 290, 355 and other major thoroughfares that connect the area to nearby employment centers in Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates.
