Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that a subsidiary of Kemper Corp., a national financial services provider, has signed a long-term extension of its 30,462-square-foot office lease at Oakbrook Terrace Tower in the west suburbs.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Andrea Van Gelder, Diana Riekse and Kellen Monti completed the transaction on behalf of Kemper, while Bruce Renwick, also of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the building’s owner, Arden Realty Inc.

The 31-story Helmut Jahn-designed tower is the tallest building in the Chicago suburbs. Located immediately north of Oakbrook Center Mall near Route 83 and Butterfield Road, the building features 24/7 manned security, a 17,000-square-foot fitness center with a swimming pool and a variety of retail vendors including a café, hair salon, florist and sundries shop.
