Jones Lang LaSalle’s Indianapolis Industrial Services team recently completed the sale of a 628,298-square-foot warehouse in Greenfield, Ind., to Minnetonka, Minn.-based Welsh Property Trust.
Steve Schwegman and John Huguenard represented the seller, a private local investor, while Chip Barnes and Matt Dickerson, also of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Welsh.
The building is located in Greenfield’s Mt. Comfort Commercial Park.
