Jones Lang LaSalle closed the sale of the Core Midwest Distribution Portfolio, a five-building, 2.7-million-square-foot portfolio on behalf of KTR Capital Partners. Welsh Property Trust purchased the portfolio for $99.5 million.
The buildings, which are 94-percent leased to six tenants, are located in Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Columbus.
John Huguenard, international director, and Peter Harwood, executive vice president, led the Jones Lang LaSalle team on this deal.
Each of the five buildings was built in 2006 or 2007 as single-tenant facilities with the ability to accommodate multiple tenants if needed.
