Jones Lang LaSalle recently represented two local companies in industrial lease transactions totaling 164,000 square feet in Chicago’s north suburbs.
In the larger of the two transactions, the firm’s Mike Nelligan, Kurt Sarbaugh and Robin Stolberg teamed with Tim Hart of Colliers International to represent the document storage company Veritas in an extension 96,000-square-feet warehouse lease in north suburban Buffalo Grove.
The building, located at 951 Commerce Court near the intersection of Deerfield and Weiland roads, is owned by Colony Realty Partners.
Additionally, Sarbaugh, Stolberg and Jones Lang LaSalle colleague Dan McCarthy represented the bar code and RFID maker Zebra Technologies in the long-term lease of a 68,000-square-foot industrial space in north suburban Buffalo Grove.
The building, located at 1700 Leider Lane in the Aptakisic Creek Corporate Park, is owned by Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners LLC.
