Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle‘s North Suburban Industrial Brokerage Team — Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh — recently completed sales and lease transactions totalling more than 750,000 square feet in Lake County and northern Cook County, Ill., and Southeast Wisconsin.
The deals, which were finalized on behalf of both occupiers and owners, include:
— The sale of a three-building, 269,682-square-foot portfolio in Northbrook, Ill., between Zilber Property Group (purchaser) and Gemstone Real Estate Partners (seller).
— The long-term renewal of a 193,653-square-foot lease in Libertyville, Ill., for the U.S. headquarters of Zeller Plastik.
— A new 82,104-square-foot lease negotiated on behalf of Hospira Worldwide in Pleasant Prairie, Wis. — The renewal of a 68,943-square-foot lease for Baxter Healthcare in Buffalo Grove, Ill., on behalf of the building’s owner, the investment management firm Clarion Partners.
— More than 135,000 square feet of additional acquisitions and leases completed for clients including Smith’s Medical, Gehrke Technology, Norandex and Graebel Relocation Services.
