Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded into the Milwaukee area with the opening of a new corporate office in suburban Brookfield, Wis.
Dan Jessup, a veteran of the Milwaukee-area commercial real estate market, is leading the new office. Fellow broker Michael Streit will join him. Both Jessup and Streit are joining Jones Lang LaSalle from APEX Commercial Realty.
Among the team’s first assignments is overseeing leasing and property management efforts for four office buildings totaling 350,000 square feet in Waukesha and Brookfield. A private Midwest-based real estate investment company owns the four buildings.
