E & A Holdings has sold a 105,000-square-foot industrial building in Indianapolis, with Jones Lang LaSalle representing the company in the transaction.
The building, which includes 96,294 square feet of warehouse space and 8,706 square feet of office space, was purchased by Plastic Recycling, Inc., a refuse recycling company.
The building is located on a 4.8-acre site that is conveniently located near Interstate-65. It has 11 loading docks, including 10 with levers, and ceiling heights ranging from 18 feet to 24 feet. There is a parking lot for 68 cars.
