Jones Lang LaSalle recently helped St. Jude Medical, a developer and producer of pacemakers and other medical devices, lease abut 13,000 square feet of warehouse space at Rogers Corporate Center II in Rogers, Minn.
Chris Hickok and Dan Terry of the Minneapolis office of Jones Lang LaSalle completed the transaction on behalf of the building’s owner, Irving, Tex.-based Cobalt Capital Partners, LP.
Rogers Corporate Center II totals 58,445 square feet. It is part of the two-building Rogers Corporate Center development of 128,545 square feet.
