With the help of Jones Lang LaSalle, ABC Supply Co. recently signed a lease for 84,600 square feet of space at Shadeland Commerce Center in Indianapolis, nearly tripling its space.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Brian Seitz, a senior vice president; Steve Schwegman, a senior vice president; Brian Buschuk, a senior associate; and Jake Sturman, a senior vice president, assisted the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust Inc., in the transaction.
The tenant is expected to move in during February.
ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other exterior building products, tools and supplies. The company is moving from a 31,700-square-foot building in Indianapolis.
The warehouse features 24-foot clearance, nine loading docks and newly renovated office space totalling 4,190 square feet.
