Lone Star Distribution has signed a lease for 25,600 square feet of space at 8217 Zionsville Road in Indianapolis.
Lone Star Distribution is one of the largest suppliers of sports nutrition and supplements for gyms and health and fitness retailers in the United States. The company is expanding and plans to use this facility to serve the greater Midwest market.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Chip Barnes, senior vice president, and Matt Dickerson, senior vice president, represented the tenant. Brian Seitz, a senior vice president, also with the firm, assisted the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction.
The space is part of a 140,800-square-foot building with 20- to 26-foot ceiling heights. The property offers easy access to Interstate-465 and Interstate-65.
