Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Coastal Commerce Center, a 590,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Indianapolis.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jake Sturman and Steve Schwegman, both senior vice presidents, will direct marketing and leasing activity for building owner Coastal Partners LLC. The building has more than 430,000 square feet available for lease.
Space in the building, which was re-developed in 2002, can be divided into 45,000-square-foot sections to accommodate tenants who want flexible warehouse space with either existing or build-to-suit office space.
The building is conveniently located off of Interstate-70 and within minutes of Interstate-465 and other major transportation routes, providing easy access for users and employees. The property features on-site property management, maintenance and engineering, and key building features including 37 dock doors with levellers and 18-foot clear ceiling heights. The property includes a 100-car parking lot, space for trailer parking and direct access to an IndyGo bus route.
