Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for UBS Plaza, a 227,700-square-foot project located in downtown St. Paul, Minn.
Jon Dahl, senior vice president, and Brent Robertson, vice president, are handling the leasing assignment.
UBS Plaza is centrally located in St. Paul. The new light rail project that will transport people between Minneapolis and St. Paul will run adjacent to the building.
According to Dahl, UBS Plaza, which was developed in 1980, has a vacancy of about 20 percent, or roughly 50,000 square feet. The primary tenants of the building include UBS Financial, FelhaberLarson Fenlon& Vogt, TKDA Engineering and Northstar Capital.
“This is a great assignment of a Class-A building in downtown St. Paul,” Dahl said. “The building has a strong professional services tenant base, and is well-suited for corporate and regional headquarters that are seeking to establish their identity in a quality building.”
