Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Kirkwood Bend, a three-story 100,000-square-foot Class-A office building in Kirkwood, Mo.
Lynn Schenck and David Biales with Jones Lang LaSalle will handle the assignment on behalf of the building’s owner, a private local investment group.
The building features about 36,100 square feet of available space. It is located near interstates 44 and 270.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s office leasing team now leases a portfolio of properties totaling more than 4.3 million square feet.
