Jones Lang LaSalle’s north suburban industrial team recently represented Midland Paper Co. in an expansion and renewal of its lease in suburban Des Plaines.
The company will now lease 155,568 square feet at 363 N. Third Ave. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Kurt Sarbaugh and Robin Stolberg, along with JLL colleague Kris Bjorson, represented Midland Paper in the transaction.
Midland Paper is an independently owned fine paper, packaging and supply systems distributor.
