Jones Lang LaSalle recently represented Cornfields Inc. in an expansion and renewal of their headquarters lease in north suburban Lake County.
The company will now lease 158,500 square feet at 3898 Sunset Ave., Waukegan. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh represented Cornfields in the transaction.
The family-owned company is a leader in the private-label healthy snack market, manufacturing popcorn, confectionary creations and other snacks.
