Jones Lang LaSalle has been named as the exclusive marketing agent for a 50-acre parcel of land in INTECH Park, a master-planned office and research park on the Northwest Side of Indianapolis.
The property will be represented by Jack Hogan, senior vice president; John Robinson, executive vice president; Adam Broderick,vice president; and John Roberson, vice president.
Established in 1999 and being built in stages, INTECH Park is a 210-acre development that includes nine office buildings totalling 900,000 square feet of space, three hotels, a Kinder Care daycare center, restaurants and other businesses.
The park, which is the largest office development in Indiana based on its area, is located along a redesigned interchange at 71st Street, allowing easy access to I-465 and I-65.
The 50-acre parcel is in Phase II of development and can include as much as 600,000 square feet of office space.
The development, owned by BMO Harris Bank, is strategically located near a diverse and highly skilled employee base from Marion County and the surrounding area.
