Joshua Hearne, a senior executive vice president and principal of Cawley Chicago, has become a key investor at the firm–the first partnership in its 18-year history, according to the firm’s President, Daniel Cawley.
Hearne began his career with the company 11 years as a college intern and now specializes in asset and tenant representation of industrial users and owners, where he has completed more than 250 transactions throughout his career at Cawley.
He specializes in all areas of industrial real estate in the I-80/55/294 corridors, including lease/contract negotiation, disposition/ acquisition, business park development, strategic planning, build-to-suit, site selection, financial modeling and logistics modeling.
