Pewaukee, Wis.-based Judson & Associates recently sold a 129,970-square-foot industrial building in Wisconsin that was once used by one of the largest providers of polymer materials in the country.
Jeff Hoffman and Don Schmidt of Judson & Associates handled the sale of the industrial property located in Sussex, Wis.
PolyOne Corporation was the seller of the property, while Sussex Partners LLC purchased it.
