DTZ promotes Juli Asbury, 43, who will be transitioning from Associate Vice President in order to lead Chicago Research.
“In her new role, Juli will provide business support including researching properties and owners, contributing to presentations, creating research deliverables and overseeing the lease comparable and stacking database,” commented John Wickes, Executive Vice President and Head of Americas Research. “She will also be our main source for the Chicago market fundamentals that appear in our regional and global publications. Through her many years of experience at DTZ, she possesses a thorough knowledge of this market including the trends shaping it.”
Previously, Ms. Asbury served as a broker on DTZ’s top-producing tenant brokerage teams in Chicago.
