Construction management firm, Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI), announced that Julie Mitchell has joined the organization as director of business development. In this new role, Mitchell will manage and oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to business development.
Mitchell brings with her an impressive list of clients within commercial real estate and construction, with a successful track record of generating business throughout her more than 20-year career in the industry. She will primarily focus on office interiors for DSI, while working at the Green Street office in Chicago.

Before joining DSI, Mitchell served as principal and director of business development for Sonoma Construction, where she helped grow the organization through gained market share and positive exposure. Most recently generating more than $10 million in revenue in Q1 2020, the best first quarter in the company’s history, including a record-breaking performance in the two quarters leading up to COVID-19.
