Jupiter Communities, a national multi-family property management firm, recently added Runaway Bay Apartments, located in Indianapolis, to its property-management portfolio.
With the addition of Runaway Bay, Jupiter currently manages five properties totaling 713 units in Indiana.
Runaway Bay Apartments sits on a 10-acre lake and offers 192 units. The property includes amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool and heated spa, and a clubhouse.
