Kadean Construction has completed construction of the new 185,590-square-foot state-of-the-art headquarters and logistics center in Fenton, Missouri, for 1st Phorm, a manufacturer and distributor of nutrition supplements and athletics apparel.
The $11.6 million multi-purpose facility is located in the Fenton Logistics Park and includes corporate offices, a 222-seat education and training auditorium, private library, 16 fully integrated Zoom rooms, multi-cast podcast studio and a 16,000-square-foot athletic facility with weight training room, turf training facility, batting cages and full-size NBA basketball court.
The space will also include a 2,500-square-foot Supplement Superstore retail outlet, private barber shop, game room, full-service kitchen and break room area and 97,000-square-foot distribution facility.
1st Phorm is relocating its headquarters from South St. Louis County and consolidating several warehouses around the St. Louis region into the new combined facility. More than 400 employees will work in the building at 2091 Fenton Logistics Park Blvd. on the site of the former Chrysler plant in Fenton. 1st Phorm is occupying the entire facility, which offers room for future growth.
U.S. Capital Development is the project’s developer and owner and M+H Architects is the architect. Kadean provided general contracting and design/build services. Construction began in July of 2019.
