Kane Warehousing, Inc., a third-party logistics provider, has signed a 220,592-square-foot lease in Bolingbrook Corporate Center West in greater Chicago, according to IDI Gazeley.
Bolingbrook Corporate Center West is made up of three buildings totaling 1,498,920 square feet. The building leased to Kane Warehousing, Inc., is LEED Silver-certified and is the first and only 36-foot clear space in the Bolingbrook submarket. Kane Warehousing selected this property to serve as a storage, warehousing and distribution center for food products for its international client.
Other tenants in the park include Peacock Engineering with 443,010 square feet, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics with 269,590 square feet, and Art Van Furniture with 183,500 square feet.
