Larry Winn

Overland Park, Kan.-based civil engineering firm BHC Rhodes recently hired Larry Winn as a customer development strategist.

Winn recently retired from the national law firm Polsinelli Shughart, where he served as a senior partner and provided services for customers in real estate development.

In his 44-year legal career, he shepherded the approval of nearly $4 billion of real estate projects. With his retirement he leaves behind his attorney role to bring BHC Rhodes decades of project insight, problem avoidance, resource maximization, unique industry knowledge and valuable relationships.

“We have prided ourselves in delivering no-problem customer service for years, and this just notched up our ability to do so,” said Murray Rhodes, vice president of BHC Rhodes’ surveying services.

Winn will be based in the Overland Park office but will be heavily involved with customers and projects in both the Dodge City and Kansas City, Kan. offices.
