On behalf of REAL Property Group, JLL announces the completion of THE LoFTS at City Center on the west side of the greater Kansas City area at 87th Street and I-435 in Lenexa, Kansas.
The five-story, mixed-used multifamily/office development is located at 8787 Renner Blvd. in City Center Lenexa.
THE LoFTS at City Center is a mixed-use community featuring 65 boutique apartments and 10,000 square feet of Class-A office space. REAL Property Group develops boutique mixed-use properties that are small and filled with art and top-of-the-market amenities in walkable locations.
Office users have access to the same amenities as the residents, including an outdoor terrace, a pool, putting green, BBQ grills, fire pit, outdoor dining and TV area, indoor lounge area with shuffleboard, home theater, fitness center with shower, bike repair and storage area, pet washing station and a dog run.
The Lenexa Chamber of Commerce and city officials will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the project’s main entrance followed by refreshments and snacks from Saint’s Pub on the Aqua Inferno terrace on Sept. 15 at noon.
JLL has also been selected to lead the leasing efforts for the remaining 4,045-square-foot office portion. Finkle Williams Architecture is the office tenant for 6,018 square feet located on the north side of the lobby. Finkle Williams moved into the project in August.
