The Kansas City office of CBRE recently made a pair of promotions.
Industrial specialist Joseph Orschein was promoted from senior associate to vice president. He joined CBRE in 2006, and specializes in representing clients with acquisition/disposition needs. He also specializes in structuring lease transactions for both tenants and landlords.
Multi-family specialist Jeff Stingley was promoted from first vice president to senior vice president. Since 2006, Stingley has facilitated the sale of more than 9,500 multi-family units worth more than $620 million. In 2012 and 2013 he ranked as the top producer in CBRE’s Kansas City office.
