Melissa Hayden has been promoted to operations manager for CBRE. In this new role, Hayden will oversee operations for Kansas City, St. Louis and Omaha.
Hayden joined the Kansas City office three years ago as the operations supervisor. In addition to the Kansas City market, she has worked across the Midwest providing support and guidance for strategic hires and onboarding, employee development, and played a key role in the M&A of CBRE Mega in Omaha.
Hayden has more than 15 years of leadership, marketing and communications experience.
