Trenton Wahl has been promoted to an associate on the investment sales and capital markets team at the Kansas City, Missouri, office of Newmark Zimmer.
Since joining Newmark Zimmer, Wahl has been involved with investment property and loan sales valued in excess of $224 million.
Wahl is adept in financial analysis, valuations, research, preparation of offering packages, client reporting, transaction management and general real estate consulting activities.
