Tim Dismond has been promoted to executive managing director for global corporate services with the Kansas City, Mo., office of CBRE.
Dismond joined CBRE as the Srint account alliance director in 2008. Under his leadership, this account consistentl received the company’s GCS Account Excellence award.
In 2012, Dismond was promoted to central region director, overseeing client relationships with a total portfolio of about 100 million square feet.
