Jon David (J.D.) Christie has joined Kansas City, Missouri’s, AREA Real Esate Advisors as a retail broker.
During his caeer, Christie has been involved in several facets of commercial real estate, including landlord leasing, green-field and value-add retail development.
He has experience in every phase of the development process, including the evaluation and selection, entitlements, underwriting, public incentive negotiation, leasing and asset disposition tasks.
