Melissa Burns has joined the Block Multifamily Group, a division of Kansas City-based Block Real Estate Services.
Burns is the leasing director for the first Block Multifamily Group development, WaterCrest at Lenexa City Center in Lenexa, Kansas. The first phase of this development is set to open in September of this year.
Burns comes to her new position with more than 12 years of multi-family management experience.
