Bill Powell has joined Kansas City-based Block Real Estate Services as a senior vice president and director of dispositions.
Powell is responsible for identifying disposition strategies and managing the sale process for a variety of properties owned by Block Real Estate Services.
Before his career in commercial real estate, Powell was an urban planner and director of The Research Data Center at Mid-America Regional Council of Governments.
