Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services recently earned several top honors from the CoStar Group.
Each year the CoStar Group honors the top commercial real estate brokerage firms and brokers in the industry.
Block Real Estate Services earned the Top Leasing Firm and the Top Sales Firms awards in Kansas City.
Individual brokers at the company also earned awards.
For office, Kenneth Block was named a top leasing broker. Kim Bartalos and Stephen Block were named top leasing brokers in the retail category, while Michael Block was named a top leasing broker in the industrial market. Kenneth Block also earned an honor for top overall sales.
