Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services, LLC recently named four new senior vice presidents.
Zach Hubbard, Dan Durkin, Lou Serrone and Matt Spachman, have all been promoted to this position.
Hubbard is a senior leasing agent for more than 2 million square feet of industrial real estate throughout the greater Kansas City Market.
Durkin is the director of strategic consulting, with a primary focus of tenant representation of companies that have multiple locations throughout the country.
Serrone specializes in industrial sales/leasing and is the director of brokerage operations at Block Real Estate Services, leading and overseeing the development of the sales staff.
Spachman specializes in representing owners and tenants in the leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of office properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
